Ph.D. candidate in bioinformatics studying cancer evolution, tumor heterogeneity, the tumor microenvironment, and drug resistance with bulk, single-cell, epigenomic, and spatial multi-omics data. First or co-first author of four peer-reviewed publications from genomic and transcriptomic analyses of thyroid cancer, carried from raw sequencing data through quality control and statistical analysis to publication. Current doctoral research applies spatial transcriptomics (10x Xenium, Visium, Atera) and single-cell epigenomics (scATAC-seq, RNA+ATAC multiome) to the tumor microenvironment and drug resistance.
