The main conference registration fee includes:

• access to all main conference sessions (scientific & poster sessions, exhibition hall)
• receipt of all main conference materials
• welcome reception including dinner on Sunday September 4th
• lunches & coffee breaks during main conference
• The Hague @ night on Monday September 5th
• ECCB 2016 morning run on Monday September 5th (to be confirmed, dependent on sponsoring)

The main conference registration fee does not include:

• travel, hotel accommodation
• conference dinners on Monday & Wednesday
• pre-conference satellites, workshops & tutorials

Optional registration items at additional fees:

• conference dinner on Tuesday September 6th
• conference T-shirt

The pre-meeting registration fee includes:

• access to the chosen pre-meeting(s) session(s)
• receipt of the respective tutorial / workshop /satellite materials
• lunche(s) & coffee breaks during or before/after the chosen pre-meeting(s)

The pre-meeting registration fee does not include:

• travel, hotel accommodation
• conference dinners on Saturday & Sunday
• access to the main conference (including welcome reception)

Optional registration items at additional fees:

• conference T-shirt (no longer available via online registration!)

group discount

Register 6 delegates and receive one free ECCB 2016 conference registration!

Individuals from the same lab or organisation have an opportunity to receive a complimentary 7th conference registration when registering as a group. The free registration is for the main conference and does not include additional registration options (i.e. workshops, tutorials, accompanying persons, etc.)

To benefit from this special offer, the group should simply identify a group leader and have her/him contact the ECCB 2016 registration team at eccb@congressbydesign.com. The registration team will coordinate the group’s registration following the normal registration process.

The complimentary registration is applicable to the lowest registration fee and the discount is only applicable before the early registration deadline (29 July 2016). Please note that the delegate will be charged for additional conference activities not covered by this special offer, or in the case of a cancellation of a group member.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation before or on 3 August, the registration fee minus handling costs will be refunded. If cancellation is received after 3 August, or if the applicant fails to attend the conference for any reason whatsoever, no refund can be made. Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the Conference secretariat ECCB 2016 (by email: eccb@congressbydesign.com).

Payment policy

Credit card

The registration system will take you to the secured site of our credit card payment service, Ogone. Your payment will then be made to the ECCB 2016 account of Congress by Design, the conference service agency of this congress. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards. All payments are in EUR.

After your payment is approved your registration is finalized. You will be given the option to download or print a proof of payment. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense.

Invoice

Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration to secure your participation. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense. All payments are in EUR and we do not accept payments by check.

Visa invitation letter

Changing your registration is no longer possible, so please contact eccb@congressbydesign.com if you require a visa invitation letter!

After you registered for ECCB 2016, a visa invitation letter can be created by following the steps below:

• click the “Modify Registration” link stated in the confirmation e-mail that is sent to you after finishing your registration
• click the ‘Letter of Invitation’ button at the bottom of the page
• fill in your passport details and other relevant information on the bottom of the next page
• print the invitation letter
